Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service and sell within an existing base, delivering uniforms, towels, and other facility services.

The role offers a comprehensive 10-week training program, a solid base salary plus commissions, and most days are a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends. Monthly/quarterly bonuses are possible as performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying professional and safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
