Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with a solid base salary, commission potential after route assignment, and a majority 4-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license
• 21 years of age or older
• DOT medical certification
• Documentation of previous employment

Responsibilities

• Face of Cintas to customers; build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards; proactively resolve customer concerns
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
