Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts along a fixed route. This physical, fast-paced role delivers and picks up uniforms, shop towels and other facility products, with a strong emphasis on service and up-selling.

You will work a 4-day week for most shifts, with no nights or weekends in many cases, and participate in performance-based bonuses. A comprehensive training program accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification must be obtained.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively handle customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base via upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory responsibly.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
