Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. You will drive a route to service and sell uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items to an established customer base.

The role emphasizes a fast-paced, physical environment with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement are highlighted within the program.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and be 21+ years of age.
• DOT medical certification is required.
• High School diploma or GED, or Military service.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
