Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Starting with a 10-week training program at $24.04/hour, the role offers solid base salary with

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• DOT medical certification required prior to first day.
• High school diploma or GED or military service completed.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Strong customer service orientation essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
