Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route and servicing and selling to an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced position with the delivery and pickup of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items. Typical compensation includes a solid base salary with commission, bonuses, and incentives.

• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route.
• Majority of work is a 4‑day workweek.
• Majority of work is no nights or weekends.
• Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers.
• Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification prior to first day of employment.
• Documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and teamwork drive to meet goals.
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
