Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts along an established route. This role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility services equipment in a fast-paced, physical environment.

You will build relationships with decision-makers, upsell and cross-sell products, and ensure compliance with vehicle regulations while maintaining safety and quality standards on a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends.

Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Compensation and Benefits

• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route.
• Majority of work on a 4‑Day workweek with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including an active driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, obtain a DOT medical certification, and provide documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
