Strategic Retail Partners in Binghamton, NY is seeking a Route Service Representative to travel across a large territory, set up and merchandise products, and maintain displays in stores with a company vehicle.

The daily schedule typically starts at 6:00am, with 48-52 hours per week and occasional overtime. Pay ranges from $20.00–$21.00 hourly, with an expected annual compensation range of $56,160–$65,520.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom).
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and get in/out of a vehicle.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Independently travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores on a route using SRP fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and keep shelves stocked with company storage unit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.

Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.

Expected Compensation Range:$56,160 – $65,520 annually

Note:This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $20.00 – $21.00 per hour.

The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location
