Strategic Retail Partners (SRP) is seeking a Route Service Representative based in Buffalo, NY. The role involves traveling across a broad territory to implement merchandising plans, set up displays, and ensure product visibility while collaborating with store managers to meet sales goals.

The position starts early (6:00am) and typically runs 48–52 hours weekly with potential overtime. A valid driver’s license, tech proficiency, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom).
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
• Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through a company-approved vendor.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.

Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.

Expected Compensation Range:

$56,160 – $65,520 annually

Note: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $20.00 – $21.00 per hour.

The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location
