Strategic Retail Partners in Garden City, KS is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage merchandising on a multi-store route, travel regularly, and support in-store displays.

You will set up products, maintain planograms, and work with store managers to hit merchandising goals while ensuring inventory is stocked and organized across locations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required and clean driving record.
• Tech-savvy with smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to rent and drive a company-approved rental car when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.

Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.

Compensation Range: $52,088 – $60,996 annually

Note: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.55 – $19.55 per hour.

The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location.
