Strategic Retail Partners in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Route Service Representative with strong merchandising, customer service and driving skills to support our retail partners.

The role involves independent travel across a large territory, setting up displays, maintaining planograms, and partnering with store managers to drive sales. It is an hourly, non-exempt position with 48–52 hours weekly, base pay $18.01–$19.01 hourly, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Tech-savvy with smartphone apps, Outlook and Zoom.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in a busy retail environment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have ability to rent a vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores on a route using SRP fleet vehicles.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are placed correctly.
• Collaborate with store managers and team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and keep shelves stocked and organized.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.

Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.

Expected Compensation Range: $50,572 – $59,311 annually

Note:This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.01 – $19.01 per hour.

The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location
