You will drive along an established route delivering uniforms, shop towels, and other facility service products, while representing the company with customers daily.

The role features a 10-week training with starting hourly rate of $24.04/hour, base salary with commission after routing, a 4-day workweek, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsabilités

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while adhering to safety standards.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
