Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services.

The role emphasizes a 10-week training program, a solid base salary with commission potential after routing, a 4-day workweek, and minimal nights or weekends, with monthly and quarterly bonuses available.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers; build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
