Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility services products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license
• At least 21 years old
• DOT medical certification
• Documentation of previous employment
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivation and teamwork
• Positive attitude and organization

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
