Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route vehicle to service and sell within an established customer base, delivering uniforms, towels, cleaning products and related facility services.

The role emphasizes building relationships with decision makers, maintaining quality standards, and fulfilling DOT requirements while working on a standard 4-day schedule with minimal nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license required.
• DOT medical certification required.
• High School diploma or GED (or military service) preferred.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while maintaining professional and safe operations.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
