Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. This role emphasizes a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements with valid license.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
