Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility service products.

This role emphasizes building rapport with decision makers, maintaining quality standards, upselling, and negotiating service renewals while complying with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service renewals and controlling inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
