Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. On a typical route you will deliver and pick up uniforms and facility products, building rapport with key decision makers on site.

This role offers a solid base salary plus commissions with a 4-day workweek, mostly no nights or weekends, and a comprehensive 10-week training program to set you up for success with ongoing incentives.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service required.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Strong customer service orientation and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
