Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. We offer a 10-week training program with starting hourly rate until assigned a route, solid base

Qualifications

• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position (standing, lifting).
• Active driver’s license and able to meet DOT requirements.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and drive to work in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
