Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. This role involves driving a regulated vehicle, delivering and picking up supplies, and maintaining strong relationships with customers on an established route.

Ideal candidates will meet DOT requirements, hold a valid driver’s license, be 21+, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. The position offers a base salary with commission potential and a largely 4-day workweek

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years old
• Obtain a DOT medical certificate
• Provide documentation of previous employment
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivation and teamwork to meet goals
• Positive attitude, with organization and service spirit

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
