Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility products on a fast-paced schedule.

The role emphasizes building relationships with decision makers, maintaining quality service, and expanding business through upselling while complying with DOT and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements including license and medical certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to provide employment history.
• Must have a High School diploma, GED or military service.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory with professional, safe practices.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
