Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive along an established route to service and sell within an existing base, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility products on a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor route.

The role emphasizes building rapport with customers, upselling solutions, and maintaining safety and quality standards across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active drivers license required; 21+
• DOT medical certification required
• Provide documentation of previous employment

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory with professionalism and safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
