Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partner drives a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with indoor/outdoor work delivering and picking up uniforms and facility services products. Responsibilities include building rapport with customers, maintaining quality standards, upselling, negotiating renewals, and complying

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required prior to first day of employment.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
