UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to be the face of UniFirst to customers on your assigned route. You’ll manage deliveries and pickups, grow your customer accounts, and work independently while representing a company with a nationwide presence.

This role is field-based, Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights or weekends. You’ll load/unload, troubleshoot service issues, upsell garments and products, and maintain safety and strong customer relationships.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• DOT requirements, including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service skills; able to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
• Relevant experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an Assigned Route: serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support Daily Operations: assist service team by loading/unloading route trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Grow Customer Relationships: build rapport with customers, address service needs, and introduce new garments and products.
• Drive Sales Growth: identify upselling opportunities and grow your route.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: operate the company walk-in truck along designated routes, prioritizing safety and reinforcing relations.
• Engage in a Physically Active Role: work in indoor and outdoor environments requiring energy and safety.
• Contribute to Service Excellence: troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a Predictable Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights, weekends.
