Job summary

UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a designated delivery route, handling garment and product pickups and deliveries with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

You'll load and unload route trucks, assist the service team, and operate a walk-in truck on designated routes. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and daily engagement with customers to grow accounts and earnings.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED (or military service).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors/indoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Assist with loading/unloading route trucks and daily operations.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell products to increase route earnings.
• Identify upselling opportunities and drive route sales growth.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety and professionalism.
