Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive on an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility supplies.

Ideal candidates will meet DOT requirements, be 21+, hold a valid license, and have strong customer service orientation with teamwork. 4-day workweeks and no nights/weekends are typical in this role.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required before first day.

Responsibilities

• Represent Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
