Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. A driver on an established route delivers and picks up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services, with a 4-day workweek and minimal nights/weekends.

The role emphasizes building customer relationships, maintaining quality standards and upselling to expand the service offering.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements for vehicles heavier than 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required and must be at least 21 years old.
• Must obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
