Job summary

Cintas seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service and sell within an established customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility services.

You will be the face of the company, building rapport with decision makers, maintaining quality standards, and growing the base through upselling. Opportunities include advancement and training as you contribute to growth.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license
• DOT medical certification
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service
• Ability to meet physical requirements
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in a team-based environment

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products/services
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
