Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route truck, service and upsell within an existing base of customers, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility products.

This is a full-time role with a solid base salary plus commissions. Majority of routes offer a 4-day workweek, with no nights or weekends, and monthly/quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Meet DOT requirements: active driver\'s license, 21+ years of age, obtain DOT medical certification, provide documentation of previous employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service is required.
• Strong customer service orientation is essential.
• Self-motivation and teamwork are important.
• Positive attitude with organization and service focus.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
