Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. You will drive a truck on an established route, service and sell to an existing base, and handle uniforms, towels, cleaning products and other facility services.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base via upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while driving safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
