Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, service and upsell within an existing customer base, delivering uniforms, towels, cleaning products, and other facility services in a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor environment.

This role features a 10-week training program with starting pay of $27.50 per hour, a solid base salary with commissions after routing, a 4-day workweek

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and age 21+ required.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Face of Cintas to customers; build rapport with key decision makers.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory with safety.
• Comply with driving regulations and maintain quality standards.
