Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. They offer a comprehensive 10-week training program with starting hourly rate of $29.00/hour,

Qualifications

• Active driver's license
• 21+ years of age
• DOT medical certification
• Documentation of previous employment

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working safely and professionally.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
