Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role handling uniforms, shop towels, chemicals and other facility services. It offers a solid base salary plus commissions, a 4-day workweek for the majority, and bonuses/incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license
• Able to meet physical requirements
• DOT-compliant medical certification
• 21 years of age or older
• Provide documentation of prior employment

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
