Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative in the Rental Division to manage and grow customer accounts along an established route. You will deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services, while building strong relationships with customers on a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends.

The role includes a 10-week training program with starting wages, base salary plus commissions, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
