Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with indoor/outdoor duties. Cintas offers a comprehensive 10-week training program, a solid base salary with commissions, a 4-day workweek, and

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving qualifications for vehicles >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license required and 21+ age minimum.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory with safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
