Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative who will manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility products in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes building relationships with decision makers, meeting quality standards, upselling additional products, and adhering to safety and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required before first day.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation with teamwork.
• Self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
