Qualifications

• Requires active driver's license and willingness to obtain DOT medical certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old and meet DOT driving requirements.
• Demonstrates strong customer-service orientation and ability to work in a team.
• Physical requirements must be met; prior employment documentation required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely.
