Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. Drivers operate on an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility services products. This is a physical, fast-paced role conducted indoors and outdoors.

The position offers a starting hourly rate, a solid base salary with commission potential after routing is assigned, a four-day workweek, no nights or weekends, and performance bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements for vehicles >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers and key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve concerns.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate renewals and manage inventory and service agreements.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
