Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. A route-driven, on-site role delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services products across an established customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced position with a 4-day workweek for most routes, limited nights or weekends, and a robust training program plus performance bonuses to reward success.

Qualifications

• Active DOT-regulated driving eligibility and medical clearance.
• High school diploma or GED; military service acceptable.
• Proven customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely.
• Comply with driving regulations and company policies.
