Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division on a 4-day workweek. You will drive a route vehicle, service existing customers, upsell products, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and strong customer relationships. Base salary with commissions, plus performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits, are offered.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
