Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive to established routes, service uniforms and facility supplies, and upsell products to existing customers.

Qualifications

• Meet DOT requirements to operate a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license and be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED with safety-conscious mindset.
• Provide documentation of previous employment upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base via upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory, safely and professionally.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
