Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative in Memphis, TN to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. Field partners operate on an established route to service and sell to an existing customer base, primarily on a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends.

The role emphasizes building rapport with decision makers, maintaining quality standards, and upselling additional products. DOT compliance and a strong customer service orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required
• Be at least 21 years of age and obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding prior employment

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely and professionally.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
