The position features a solid base salary with commission potential after being assigned a route, a 4-day workweek, and no nights or weekends for the majority of shifts.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a 10,000+ lb vehicle.
• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
