Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Mobile, AL is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a regulated vehicle, servicing an existing route, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility services products.

You will work a majority of a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends for most shifts, receive a solid base salary plus commission after routing, and participate in a 10-week training program along with performance

Qualifications

• DOT requires active driver's license and DOT medical certification.
• Be at least 21 years old and provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Face of Cintas to customers; build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while following safety regulations.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
