Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. A typical day includes driving a regulated vehicle along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility supplies, and upselling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Active driver''s license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
