Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, service and upsell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and related products.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with a comprehensive training program, solid base salary with commissions, and a 4-day workweek with minimal nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active driver\'s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Able to meet physical requirements for the position.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
