Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Office-based and field-focused, you will drive to customer sites to service and sell uniform, towels, and cleaning products along established routes.

The role emphasizes a 4-day workweek, no nights or weekends for most schedules, and a base salary with commission potential after routing is assigned. Training is provided, and bonuses/incentives are offered for performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation is required.
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
