Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along established routes to service and sell uniform and facility products, in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Responsibilities include building relationships with key decision makers, maintaining quality standards, upselling and cross-selling, and negotiating renewals while adhering to safety and DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license
• Age 21 or older
• DOT medical certification
• Documentation of previous employment
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to meet physical requirements
• High School diploma, GED or Military service
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and organized
• Service spirit

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
