Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service uniforms and facility products, and upsell where possible.

This fast-paced, physical role emphasizes safety, teamwork and a strong customer-oriented approach. The position includes a structured 10-week training, base pay with commission potential after routing, and a predominantly 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active DOT license requirements and clean driving record.
• 21 years of age or older and eligible to operate a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• DOT medical certification required prior to first day of employment.
• Documentation regarding prior employment history must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying professional and safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
