Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive along an established route to service and sell within an existing base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels and other facility services.

The role offers a solid base salary with commission potential, a comprehensive 10-week training program, and a majority 4-day workweek.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Active driver’s license and ability to drive a regulated vehicle >10,000 lbs.
• DOT medical certification before first day of employment.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
